Q: Where are you located? 

     A:  Guelph, Ontario, Canada

 

Q: Where is my parcel being shipped from?

     A:  All products ship from Guelph, ON so turn around time if fast. The only exception to this is some of our Aviation Chart iPhone cases. There are many variations of this product. We do have many of these variations in stock locally, however, some many need to be shipped from our supplier which will take approximately 14 days. 

 

Q: Where do you ship?

     A:  We currently ship within Canada.

 

Q: How long does shipping take? 

     A:  Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days of purchase and then shipped.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

     A:  Standard Shipping takes between 7-10 days. Please note that there may be delays around holidays.

Q: Can I choose Expedited Shipping and pay for it?

     A: This isn't currently a shipping option.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

     A:  Yes, tracking information and updates are posted as we recieve them.

 

Q: What methods of payments do you accept?

     A:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and PayPal.
